CALCO TER
An electro-pneumatic copy machine with a three-head drilling unit. The Calco Ter machine head is moved by indirect levers. A quick tool change system on the ER16 clamp holder axis facilitates tool changes. The workpiece is locked by a pair of horizontal pneumatic vises. Two standard-sized dies and a pneumatic tracker are available. The Calco Ter machine is equipped with a three-head drilling unit with automatic feed for machining Cremona nails. Height and depth are adjustable.
MISTRAL 26 – 26A
Mistral 26 and Mistral 26 A carry out end milling with variable angles of from 45° right to 45° left and intermediate angles. The largest mill that can be housed has a diameter Ø 175 mm. The milling unit feed can be manual or automatic. The milling unit quick change device with pneumatic locking minimises machine stoppage times.

The machine consists of a sturdy support frame and a movable saw beam, ensuring stability and reducing vibration. The movable saw beam features a 200 mm and 230 mm diameter saw blade, providing high cutting accuracy and excellent edge quality.
